Revolving around burst helps a lot on tab-targeting, and it's AoE DpS is not bad at all. It also has better mobility than Sniper, although a bit less than Arsenal (which is the worst ranged dps at the moment).Merc heals has best single target heals. Operative heals has best AOE.
